[MC-74635] Iron Golem Not Spawning

I know I did everything right and have tried anything to correct any flaw and no matter what I cannot spawn an iron golem. I set it up and when I put the pumpkin on top nothing happens.

You need to use a pumpkin, not a jack-o-lantern

Jack o' Lanterns only work in 1.8.1. Use pumpkins in 1.8

Affected Versions is incorrect. Please change it to the version you were playing in.
