[MC-7478] Comparator output blinking on input change

Upon changing the input (A) of a comparator set to subtract, it will for a moment output A instead of A-B. This does not happen if A<B.

This is most notable when attaching A to a fast clock.

I still see this in 13w04a . When doing subtraction, if the input A has no signal (and the side input does), and you give input A a signal, it gives the output full power for a split second, and then shows the correct subtraction output.
