I playing on Minecraft 1.8.1, I changed the floor on my house, but when i destroyed the block under the bed I expected the bed go destroyed once. That will no result.

I too agree that beds should either break when not supported by a block, or should not require blocks to be placed on top of. There is a bit of inconsistency going on here.
