What I expected to happen was...:
That I would see my skin normally
What actually happened was...:
I saw a flash and pieces of my skin in first person view and when I went into 3rd person my skin was stretched out and black.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start save
2. play till you see flashing
3. look into third person mode
