Armor stands with the "Marker" tag set to 1 don't show their nametag

Incomplete without a description for steps to reproduce.

Place an armor stand, make its name visible, and set the "Marker" tag to 1. Doesn't really need to be spelled out.

This has been fixed in 1.8.2 pre-2.
