Found reason for fast leaves not working

If you set your settings to fast, the leaves stil show fancy but what had to be transparent is now just pure black.

I looked in the jar file and it seems that there are no fast leaves at all.
i fixed it by making a custom texturepack and chaging the fancy leaves to the fast textures
