Villager don't pick up de seeds on a server

Hi !

On my solo i built a 100% automatic farm of wheat, potatoes and carrot thanks to the villagers. They were able to take the items i dropped to them and to plant it. Everything was perfectly working.

Then i built exactly the same farm on my server, i put a villager "farmer" in it BUT he doesn't want to take the items i drop to him. I tried with 10 others farmers but the problem still the same. If they were full of seeds they sould be able to plant it...

What I know is not the origin of the problem : - to use an egg. - they are full of items so they can't take the ones I dropped.
