Xray when holding an item

When any sapling, any torch, grass block and/or lily pad (didn't tested with other items) is in my inventory, it's like a x-ray, I can see all caves lava/water, and all blocks became transparent (I can see mobs too), also the item become invisible, I can only see the number of the item. Even if I drop the item, still the same. In order to fix it, I need to go to Resource Packs and click Done (even if i didn't choose any respack.)
