[MC-75478] PacketSignEditorOpen and command blocks

It's no longer possible to open command-block by sending signEditorOpen packet from server-side with command-block position to client. Is it a bug, or update?

@Sonic the thing, that server sends to player when wants to force him to open a sign.

As long as there is no official API any undocumented features have to be considered changing at any time.
