[MC-75525] ArmorStands, Marker tag bug

1. /Summon ArmorStand ~ ~ ~ {Marker:1b}
2. Marker tag no longer hides the entity and is not intractable, i.e Not able to place armor.
3. Hitbox is at the base plate.
This is only a problem with ArmorStands that have the Marker nbt tag.

You can either use 1/0 or true/false (where the 1/0 should have a b to make sure that no error occur)
