TNT Carts (Minecarts with TNT) explodes when going of track. Unsure if this is a bug or intentional, but either way its annoying and ruin everything about them.
Recreate:
1. Place a rail on the ground.
2. Place a TNT Cart onto the rail.
3. Push the cart off the rail.
4. Profit.

this is an intended thing. imagine a cart full of explosives derails.. Run for your life.
