[MC-75829] Adventure mode blocked

When on adventure mode the player cannot do anything even break plants, glass, redstone, tracks, glowstone, redstone lamp etc. The player cannot place any bloc either.

In adventure mode, blocks can only be broken with the appropriate tools. This is intended.

That was a bug, it got fixed. Adventure mode is supposed to prevent breaking of ANY block, unless specified by special data on a tool saying what blocks it can break. A similar thing also applies for placing blocks.
