/give <nickname> minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"<player name here>"} is not working

/give (your name) minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:""} is not working. Each time you put a player, no matter if the user selected has already a skin.

EDIT: Oh shoot, i'm doing it wrong. I forgot the nickname.
