[MC-76018] [1.8.1] Heads are Looking Funkey

The heads look strange when placed on the floor. This happens in Single and Multiplayer

I turned off the pack and it still wasn't right.

It is an issue with the steve.png in the textures/entity folder. You have most likely still the old template for the character skin. Replace it with any character skin png you want that uses the 1.8 template. http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/File:1.8_Skin_Template.png
