items being dropped are randomly disappearing. it happens a lot when farming things. (i can only seem to recreate the bug in multilayer)

no lag at all. I break 3 wheat and walk over the drops, i get 0-1 seeds and 0 wheat and the seeds are in my boots armour slot.

Are you sure this is not the new feature that combines individual items/stacks on ground if they are near each other? Check the number of items you end up collecting into your inventory.
