Crashes on launching screen

What I expected to happen was the game to load and play normally but instead it crashed and I could not play. This happened everytime I attempted to play the game

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Game
2. click play
3. game does not load and will crash and go back to loading screen saying that the game has crashed and gives the report below
