sign glitch

All signs are blank with nothing on them Evan if you have put something on them you can place a sign and put in the text you want on the sign but when you go off the sign nothing is on the sign it is completely blank this happens with every sign on every world. An example below the picture show signs that I have recently placed and typed down what I want on them but there is noting on them.
