When existing my single player world, if I am riding a horse, when rejoining the world it will disappear. I searched the world and it is no where to be found, and it hasnt died as the saddle and horse armour it was wearing are also no where to be found

As it may not be really what happened, you can't be sure your horse is not dead.
Its saddle and armour will only stay for 5 minutes on an active chunk, past this delay, you can't assume anything.
Also, too little info, will probably end as "Cannot Reproduce"...
