My world looks like it is having a blacklight party.
There are blocks everywhere that continuously change neon colors (blue, green, red, yellow, and purple) at random.
I could usually fix this by logging out of my Minecraft account and then logging in again, but now that doesn't fix the problem.
I am using a PC with Windows 7 OS to play Minecraft version 1.8.1.
I have attached an image of what it looks like.
This issue started around new years, and now looks like it is permanent as of last night.
If someone can explain what is happening, why it is happening, and if possible how to fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

I just started up my Minecraft to do what was asked, and it started up without any issues.
If this ever happens again, I will know what to do... I will force a crash and attach the crash report to the post.
Thank you for responding.

I just attached the crash report that was generated when I forced a crash today. I was not able to get back to my "house" so I couldn't see whether it was doing the same thing as before, but the effect of this issue was worse. I could not even see the blocks under my feet. The blocks were there and gone, textures were changing at random, and there were some of the same colors present. I will bring it back up, take a screenshot of where I am currently, and post it ASAP.
