What I expected to happen was: I put a torch above a hopper and it stops putting items out.
What actually happened was: It was putting items out
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a hopper that go's into a chest or something
2. Place a torch next/above it
3. Put a item in the hopper
4. It's putting items out!

Try into another hopper, Then it will
Because in a chest or someting it will stop, But if the hopper is linked to another one, It won't
