I was on a minecraft server and went in 3D person to view my sexy new skin when I noticed my pants leg (Left) was gone! I checked to make sure it matched the template. It did. It appears right on Nova, and in the skin customization tab it is toggled on.
Attached is my skin file next to the template, featuring my famous (Just kidding, I wish) custom Villager skin.
Can't reproduce.
