[MC-77270] Fetching addPacket for removed entity then crash

Server logs the following:
[16:48:30] [Server thread/WARN]: Fetching addPacket for removed entity
[16:48:55] [Server Watchdog/FATAL]: A single server tick took 60.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)
[16:48:55] [Server Watchdog/FATAL]: Considering it to be crashed, server will forcibly shutdown.
[16:48:55] [Server Watchdog/ERROR]: This crash report has been saved to: /home/jared/./crash-reports/crash-2015-02-05_16.48.55-server.txt

What I expected to happen was...:
Continue to operate

What actually happened was...:
Server crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start server, either 1.8.1 or 1.8.2-pre6 (tested to see if its in the latest version)
2. my son connects to the server and begins to play
3. server crashes
