In our privet multi-player server, random cactus keep appearing in impossible places such as on dirt or even over water or floating in the air. It usually grows in lines where we did not and could not have planted it. In the first picture, I was filling in an Ocean Monument some ways from the Nether portal. When I came back to the portal, the cactus had appeared when it wasn't there before. We love this seed otherwise, as it has 4 witch huts right outside of Spawn. It seems to be worst in areas that we frequent. Through a little brute force, we managed to install the Project Korra bending plug-in with an old version of Buckit. We recently installed the faster version of the launcher, but this problem started before that. We have put a lot of work into this world and would hate to see it go, but we are tired of cleaning up cactus. It is starting to interfere with damage sensitive areas such as our livestock farms. Please Help!

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded Minecraft; Bukkit, Forge, Optifine, modded servers such as The Hive, Overcast, Showbot, Hypixel or any other modded system invalidates your ticket, unless the behavior can be reproduced in Vanilla.
Additionally, if you have problems on large-scale modded servers, please report it to their site. It's probably not a bug in Vanilla Minecraft.
