World generation freezes and slows down Minecraft on Linux

As the title says, it's impossible to play in any offline game type with Minecraft on Linux because the world generation makes the game freeze and slow down.
It's very annoying to wait for the game runs again because each 10 or even 1 step the game shows this behavior.

However, my environment has the latest version of each program, so things like "Update your system" or even "Move to Windows" won't work.

Installing the propietary Java version from Oracle doesn't fix anything.

Thank you.

I doubt your issue has anything to do with linux.

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

Logs from the game and launcher. It seems the game are skipping ticks but only when i try to pause. The game log doesn't show anything when the game freezes or slows down. Also I added more memory to JVM in launcher options but i doesn't work.

Do you experience this issue with default JVM arguments?

Yes I do and i think i have a worse game performance.

Thank you.

Please do not mark unreleased versions (anything starting with "Future Version") as affected. You don't have access to them yet.

Now the new game log contains a sound error

Added more descriptive game log with a lots of information

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
