[MC-7762] Arrow entity doesn't go through portal.

When shooting an arrow (entity) through an portal, it goes out the other side.

It doesn't go through the portal though. It goes past. That doesn't look the same as the duplicate.

As I've tested it in MC-2110 it is a graphical glitch. You cannot pick those arrows up, nor do they damage you if you shoot it from a dispenser.
