Basically, its similar to the previous bug I filed, MC-76747, except it affects item frames. You can end up placing 3 item frames on one block via this glitch.
I recorded a video of it in action. Quite a bit of odd behaviour, really:

It is probably due to Java unable to handle that number, so it tries to handle with it, ending up with entities in wrong area.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
Just tested this out on a newly genned 1.8.2pre7 world, right at the very corner of the world. Ended up placing an item frame inside the world border "block" itself. So this issue still persists in new snapshots.
