When spinning around next to a jukebox on any sensitivity (I normally play on hyper) the music just freaks out in headphones (haven't tested it without)

This is intentional. When you are playing anything with headphones, it makes the sound come from the source, in this case the jukebox. It will try to play the music to the nearest headphone side, in this case you are spinning, so it is rapidly changing. Works as intended.
