Put the summary of the bug you're having here:
I was playing on a server today on Minecraft 1.8.2 and when I went to change server, it didn't take me to the main menu, it took me to the server-list. The server list hadn't updated (Showing new players on servers, etc) but had stayed the same. When I joined another server it had kept all in game chat, (carried the in game chat from one server to another). I'm using the new launcher, which I was told has java automatically updated with the game, (Minecraft instead of Minecraft.exe) I hope you can fix this problem or help me, Thank you - Jake
What I expected to happen was...:For me to play on one server with my friends while in a Skype call and then change over to another server for more game-play
Describe what you thought should happen here:
What actually happened was...'I logged onto a server, talked with my friends about which server to go on next, we then logged off to join another server but when I logged off I found myself on the server list section and not in the main menu.'
Describe what happened here
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft 1.8.2 (Not Minecraft.exe)
2. Log onto a server
3. Log off from that server
4. You should type into chat
5. You should now be in the server-list and not main menu
6. Log onto another (different) server
7. You should now see the text from the previous server in this text.
Pretty sure going to server list is WAI, but the chat problem is fixed.
