When you drown in water, the oxygen bar goes back to full on the respawn bit

What I expected to happen was...:
For the bar to be empty still

What actually happened was...:
The bar was full again

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drown

Cannot reproduce in Minecraft 1.8.2 pre 7 or 1.8.3; no oxygen bar appears on the respawn screen.

It definatly happens in 1.7.10 its just it doesnt say on the bug reporter 1.7.10, might on 1.8.1 and 1.8

@@unknown: We are currently only accepting bugs found in the official release 1.8 and later.

If it only affects 1.7.10, why are the affected versions 1.8 onwards?
