[MC-78194] The pigmen do not spawn with armor and shovel.

I noticed that since the 1.8 pigmen do not spawn with armor in gold or gold shovels, enchant or not, whereas before it was possible. This feature has been deleted or is this a bug?

WAI. A zombie pigmen spawning with armor or a shovel is rare by default.

-> Sonic, Yes it's rare but I was not at all seen from the 1.8 and I often played survival in hard. I try to make it appear full and there never has one.
