Minecraft is crashing on the "Building Terrain" screen for single player mode. On multiplayer, it does not find servers, nor will it direct connect to a server. I turned off Avast WebShield, but that didn't help. I upped the allocated RAM to 2GB, but that didn't help. I need some new ideas. Thanks.
