[MC-7830] Pick Block key do not work properly at new minecarts.

When I use Pick Block on Minecart With Hopper, i get Minecart instead of Minecart with Hopper in the Inventory.
This may be buggy with Minecart with TNT also.

Dropper block looks exactly like Dispenser in the Inventory.
