Redstone Lamp delay

Works As Intended

When a redstone lamp gets upowered the dust on top turns off and a bit later the lamp. this is not just graphic it also affects the ligth level

Intended. This is to prevent lag by lighting updates.

Given that the lighting engine has been optimised would this be considered for reopening?
