[MC-7839] Dying after turning off the ability to fly

I was playing on the levelupmc server and as I was flying and did /home 1 to get back to my home I was flying at a level of 95 then ported to my home. as I turned /fly off I landed and died 2x on 2 different occasions.

There is no /home command in vanilla, therefore:
This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
