[MC-7845] Ender Chest does not trasnfer items to item hoppers.

I was playing around with Hoppers, and noticed that Ender Chests dont transfer items, which would be useful when mining, to put ores in a furnace at home.

this doesn't seem possible because ender chests are unique per player. the hopper is not a player, and therefore has no inventory when looking at the ender chest.
