Books not working as intended

If I give any player the following book it looks different depending on if the player is OP or not.

/give @p written_book 1 0 {pages:["[\"\",{\"text\":\"- Player Handbook -\n\n\",\"color\":\"dark_red\",\"bold\":\"true\"},{\"text\":\"Your Credits: \"},{\"score\":{\"name\":\"@p\",\"objective\":\"Credits\"}},{\"text\":\"\n\n\"},{\"text\":\"Rules:\n\"},{\"text\":\" -No flying.\n\"},{\"text\":\" -No Hacking of\n any kind.\n\"},{\"text\":\" -No Glitching\n\"},{\"text\":\" -All bugs must\n be reported.\"}]"],title:Book,author:TellrawGenerator}

as can be seen in the picture, Left = OP, Right = none OP

Both have the exact same book.
