[MC-78559] Silk touch shears broke enchanting table did't slik touch it

I used shears with silktouch on them and they should have silktouched the enchanting table but they didn't and the table just broke. There was nothing left of the enchanting table. No parts nothing it just obliterated it.

You need a "minimum" tool when mining blocks, you e.g. need a wooden pickaxe to mine iron ore and a diamond pickaxe to mine obsidian.

Enchantment tables can be mined using any pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, it will drop nothing.

Ok shares dont work on things I have found but a pickaxe with silktouch can give you back glass? Thats dumb really Silktouch should give EVERY TOOL to POWER to SILKTOUCH the same way. I still think this is a BUG
