[MC-78936] io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out

Hello, I can't connect to any servers, it shows this error: io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out
This happened about a month after I changed my minecraft username. Please help!

You've likely got something, such as security software, blocking minecraft or java.
