Skin (NOT) showing up when I host a lan server

In Minecraft i like to host my minecraft world (LAN) when im up to big projects. Me and my brother play minecraft together. But the problem is simply that i can see his skin but he can't see mine. My skin is visible for me but not for him. I only show up as (Steve) for him.
and when my brother
host's his minecraft world to (LAN) i can't see his skin but he can see mine. The hoster of the minecraft (LAN) world's skin does not show up.
