Sneak + Right Click (For placing blocks) Do not work with Anvils

Works As Intended

Normally, if you sneak + right click a workbench, you can place blocks on it. But this is not working with anvils.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected. You do not have access to this yet.

Torches buttons and levers cannot be attached to an Anvil because it is a transparent block.

This is not working with blocks like dirt.

Unable to reproduce.
