[MC-7966] Invisible potion bug

When you drink a invisible potion and go into the nether, you become visible to other players and your self again, so you cant be invisible in the nether

I could easily make a video showing it aswell if you need that?

MC-3668 When going through nether portals with (potion) effects, the effect animations (particles, fire, visibility, additional hearts) are lost.
