[MC-79678] Screen flashes when you enter a world and continues to flash while you play. 1.8.1 and on. Intel graphics cards only.

What I expected to happen was...:
The game should display the world normally.

What actually happened was...:
The world as well as the item bar flash white periodically

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the game on a computer that has run version 1.8.1 on it at least. The issue started when I ran this version for the first time. The computer must have an intel chipset or graphics card.
2. open any world. The flashing should start imediately
3. The flashing should start almost

First of all Intel Graphics are Crap and are in most cases not used anymore! You could try Update your Graphic Drivers. If this doesn't work, the I'll recommend buying a new Graphics Card. (If you are using a Notebook I would recommend buying one with an AMD or NVidia graphic Chip).
