Dark oak and the Nether Roof

I'm sure you're receiving a lot of complaints about this bug. Ever since 1.7 when dark oak was released, the minecraft community has treated the dark oak breaking bedrock as a game feature, not as a bug. Now you've created a bug by "fixing something no one in the community wanted fixed" Please reverse what you did to the dark oak to allow bedrock to be broken again. The minecraft community wants this feature, and one of the tenants of business is to give the customer what they want. Well we want this back.

@unknown this was a bug. Bedrock is the block which should not be possible to be broken by a player in survival. All "exploits" like this have advantages for some but disadvantages for some other. Maybe the players falling in holes that ended in the void didn't like this bug. And you can probably still enderpearl yourself to the top of the nether.
