Game window cannot be resized

The game window cannot be resized when in windowed mode. The cursor doesn't change when it's above the borders, the maximize button is greyed out, Windows keyboard shortcuts for resizing windows don't work, the Windows 8 dragging to snap/maximize the window doesn't work... Only F11 for toggling fullscreen works.
