CanDestroy dataTag Unable to Specify Block Types

The ability to specify items in the CanDestroy dataTag hasn't been possible since it was released in 1.8. If you want a diamond pick to only mine minecraft:stone 0 instead of all minecraft:stone blocks, you would not be able to, and would instead mine stone as well as andesite, granite and diorite and their polished forms as well. This affects many other blocks such as dirt/coarse dirt/podzol, all planks, all logs, wool, glass, slabs, etc.
