Every time i play singleplayer there is an insane latency lagg, like i would be in a multiplayer server, there are block delays, mobs that are stuck in the same place for hours and when i attack them nothing happens, inventory lag and ecc.... the fps is just fine with a constant 50-60 fps with vsync on, just please what can i do?

I'm having the same issue, and it's been this way for some versions. It's pretty game breaking when mobs stand around doing nothing and then suddenly teleport to where they are supposed to go, instead of moving there over time..
