[MC-80643] Sudden movement when turning in a boat in F5 (see player's face)

If you go in F5 mode in a boat and rotate very slowly, it makes your player turn really fast at a certain point.

I can confirm in 1.8.6 while on 3rd person reversed, not normal 3rd person (when you press F5 twice)

Seems to happen on 15w34d or 15w34a, I don't remeber which one...

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w46a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
