No versions will work, crashes after 5 minutes, 110% lag, tried all settings

This problem started about a week ago, it was simple lag on a server. I thought nothing of it. it got worse over time and now I tried to play survival off line and on line, the game lags so bad. ive tried every tip, trick and fix to try and over come the lag but it doesn't work. I have stopped playing on servers. minecraft crashes constantly, thought this is the 1st time it has given me a report and ive been online and off line during the pervious crashes. I have uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled it but its all the same. please help. I understand if you cant but thanks any way.
