I created a building by fill command, entered it and I saw the lighting model shown on the sreenshot instead of a completly dark room. Ceiling was completely covered but sunlight penetrated it. Can you tell me the reason?

Duplicate of MC-55730.
Try updating the area by placing some blocks where the glitch occurs. The /fill command currently does not update the lighting on blocks so you have to do it manually.
