Directory is not a Directory?

I was on Mineplex trying to play wizards when it said I need to download a resource pack. I said yes.

The Game crashed saying, java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Parameter 'directory' is not a directory

1.Go to Mineplex
2.Go to Wizards gamemode

The crash file is attached.
